6.4.20 USETEXMINTONEAREST (b)

When b is not zero, this attribute causes that when a texture has to be minified (this is the case when the area of a pixel is bigger then one texture element) the value of the texel nearest to the center of the pixel is taken. When b is zero, the weighted average of the 2, 4, or 8 texels nearest to the center of the pixel are taken.

b must be a number node.
